We now offer in-person private sessions in the Miami area for individuals and small groups who wish to have more technical and specialized sessions. We have four types of private sessions: Lactate Profile and Zone Testing, Coaching Guidance, Drills and Technique Sessions, and Full Workout Sessions.​​

Do you need an in-depth assessment of your training? Are you seeking expert advice on how to plan your racing year according to your fitness? Then this session is for you. Coaching Guidance includes race strategy and visualization, annual goal setting, race calendar organization, and tailored routines. Unlock your full potential with our all-encompassing coaching service designed to take your running to the next level.​

Size: 1-3 athletes of the same group

This session is designed for athletes focusing on improving their running form, efficiency, and overall technique for better performance. It focuses on developing essential drills that will support and enhance running performance, avoid injuries, and create stronger, more resilient runners. Learn and practice essential drills and running techniques in this comprehensive session.

FULL WORKOUT

Join us for a comprehensive workout designed to enhance your running performance and overall fitness. This session is perfect for athletes who need a full training regimen for an upcoming race or challenge, or simply to build power and endurance. The workout will be analyzed by your coach who will provide all the necessary guidance for improvement.​

MOC RUN LAB /
LACTATE PROFILE

As part of our new venture, the MOC Running Lab now offers full Lactate Threshold Profile for athletes who wish to have a better understanding of their current fitness so their training can be adjusted for better performance and results, assessing your lactate threshold and training zones to optimize your training intensity.​​​​

Introducing our newest venture, the MOC Running Lab.

Our run lab will bring to Miami science based testing for runners looking to improve their performance while pushing the limits of endurance.

We offer Lactate Threshold and Zone Testing open to all athletes, with in-depth analysis and coaching guidance from our Head Coach Luis Orta. VO2 Max Testing will also be available soon; stay tuned for updates.

WHAT IS A LACTATE THRESHOLD TEST?

Lactate threshold refers to the point during exercise at which lactate begins to accumulate in the bloodstream faster than it can be removed during a workout. For athletes, this is a crucial marker as it indicates the maximum intensity that can be sustained without fatigue.
